All KOOL contests are open to all age listeners, unless stated otherwise. Contest winners must reside in Clark County, Nevada. Employees of KOOL, its licensee, its corporate parent, affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors, promotional partners, other radio station employees in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Listeners are eligible to win a KOOL contest every 30 days. All prizes must be picked up during regular business hours at the office of KOOL located at 150 Spectrum Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101, unless stated otherwise. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 30 days of winning. KOOL is not responsible for replacing any prize after it has been picked up, for any reason. KOOL reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules, which become effective upon announcement by KOOL.  No purchase necessary. Contests are void where prohibited. Failure to comply with the KOOL contest rules may result in disqualification.
